RETURNS

We offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange service on any product that is returned to us unopened within 14 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full product refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing by contacting us at:

    • When returning items, postage is at your cost and we recommend you use a recorded fully insured method such as Special Delivery from the Post Office. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition and unopened so please take care of them and pack them appropriately. Please also include your name, address and telephone number with you returned item.

    Once we receive your item we will phone you within 48 hours to let know your item has been received. If your item is being returned for an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be sent out immediately. In the unlikely event of the replacement item being no longer available, we will let you know and offer an alternative or arrange for your refund.     Faulty Goods

    In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Careline team on 03332 226700 or email sales@babystart.co.uk We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
